Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address and message, solely to reply to you and discuss your project (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering requests). The form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), acting as a processor; transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Messages are kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Analytics. This site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it sets no cookies, collects no personal data and only provides aggregate figures (page views, referrers, devices).

Video. The Vimeo video only loads if you click it, in “do not track” mode. Vimeo’s own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@madbro.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

This site sets no cookies. Only one technical preference is saved in your browser (local storage) so the privacy notice is not shown again once closed; it is not used for any tracking.
